About Us
The Outlet Boutique was founded in 2017 by Jo. After owning gift boutiques for over a decade Jo decided to branch out into clothing. The ethos of all of Jo's businesses has always been to provide quality items at affordable prices. As the business has grown Jo has partnered with her daughter Faith to cope with the demand. They have accumulated contacts and developed strong relationships with suppliers of Factory Overstock and End of Season Clothing from many High Street Retailers.
What are our clothes and where do they come from?
As mentioned our clothing pieces are all factory overstock or end of season lines. This means they are all brand new items and are NOT faulty products. We acquire these products if the factory has made too may of an item for the retailer or if the retailer has decided to take the item of the shelf to replace it with the new stock. We believe that true quality clothing outlasts trends and should serve longer than a season. To save these garments from being shredded we purchase them for a discounted price which allows us to pass the discount on to you.
Why are some items de-branded?
De-branding an item means either defacing or cutting labels to obscure the original manufactures logo. This is a legal stipulation with some companies to allow us to resale their products. Any de-branding occurs on internal labels only and will not be visible when the garments are worn.
